Before its re-construction, the Petersen Automotive Museum sent out mailers to enhance member communication with upcoming events and news at the beginning of every month. I continued designing and managing the mailers after the previous designer left. Due to budget, the schedule changed from monthly, to bi-monthly, to quarterly. I coordinated with the Marketing, Retail, and Membership departments to gather all information necessary for each calendar, as well as the updated member count for print quantity, and addresses to send to the vendor for mailing.
